Hello, I'm 16, and
Ive had very irregular periods for the past 2years. I started it 2 Junes ago, then a gap before last June. I have had increasing spotting, possibly a sign of hormones coming into order. Now I got my period this week, a month earlier than usual.
Doctors always say its normal, but when I admitted to becoming sexually active (just last month), my doctor suggested I start birth control now, instead of waiting.
My boyfriend doesn't currently live in town, so there's no worries at the moment. But I am going to visit him in 3 weeks (and, yes, get laid). The doctor told me I should start birth control promptly after I had bleeding, but my mom doesn't want me starting it yet because I'm having a rough time already on adderall. So:
1. Does birth control have many side effects? (particularly emotionally)
2. How long do I need to be on it before it will safely prevent pregnancy?
3. Does it need to be taken at exactly the same time every day to be effective?
4. Could it be harmful to wait until next time I bleed to start the pill? My boyfriend gets very nervous just using condoms. And I'm not sure next time I will experience any kind of bleeding. He's also visiting in July, and I would like to be on it at least by then. Which also makes me ask...
5. Can you start the pill without having any bleeding? Or do you have to wait?

The security guard who gave me the order now will not allow me in any store if he sees me there I no longer shop in the one which it happened so I travel further he was there in that store and as he recognised me he wouldn't let me in its been six years and believe me I regret it I changed a label on an item of clothing when it happened I was told was only for 1 yr but he is adamant it lasts for life I got help I realised I wasn't well I had post natel depression I dealt with it but he is not letting me in any if the stores he is in even if the manager of the store said I could shop in there after the trespass was lifted which was a year please advise me I want to write to there head office but scared at what they'll say please help me
